Since 2019, Socks has completed 469 modular units, with an additional 286 units scheduled for 2027. We combine general contracting experience with coordination between developers, manufacturers, designers, and engineers—from early planning through field completion.
Our Process
We work alongside the developer’s and manufacturer’s design and engineering teams to align factory plans with site requirements, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate the construction sequence.

We manage site work and coordinate foundations, utilities, and access with the factory’s requirements and production schedule, preparing the site for delivery and installation.

We coordinate module delivery, setting, and installation with the factory and field teams, bringing off-site production and on-site construction together.

We manage the remaining field connections, finishes, and site work, coordinating inspections and final completion within our project scope.
