Modular construction is helping The Loop move forward, with an approximately 10-month construction timeline for each building.
Loop 2: Awaiting final inspections and a Certificate of occupancy.
Loop 3: Preparing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing final inspections, while the elevator installation is underway.
Loop 4 & 5: Drywall, trim, and painting are underway.
